Meet Jeremy.

Founder. Problem-Solver. Deal-Maker. People-Person.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jeremy didn’t so much choose lending as lending chose him. He began his professional life in a law firm where he quickly realized that while he liked strategy, he had no interest in red tape for red tape’s sake. Thanks to a well-timed nudge from his stepfather, he found his way into the world of mortgages, where numbers, people, and puzzle-solving collided. He’s been in the game ever since.

Over the past 20+ years, Jeremy has worked with some of the most respected names in real estate, ranging from top-producing realtors to leading banking institutions and private money lenders. But what sets him apart isn’t just experience. It’s enthusiasm. He genuinely enjoys putting deals together. He finds joy in the nuance. And he’s built a career on finding creative ways to say yes, even when the answer seems like no.

More than four out of five of his clients, from real estate agents to investors to developers, keep coming back. Some have been with him for two decades and counting. They trust him not just because he gets deals done, but because he makes the process feel possible. Grounded, calm, and famously unflappable, Jeremy brings the rare combination of resilience and charm and sharp intuition that makes him as lovable as he is effective.

Why Vault Exists.

Vault was born out of a desire to do things differently:  faster, smarter, and with more humanity. We believe in precision and flexibility, in creative structure and clear terms, in relationships that last longer than the loan.

We don’t believe in bureaucracy for its own sake. We believe in thoughtful underwriting, elegant execution, and real conversation. Vault is where experience meets empathy and where clients come back not just for funding, but for partnership.

We believe in relationships that last longer than the loan.
