Every day, we help clients secure the financing they need to build, renovate, or invest in properties. But we also know that for too many young people in Nevada, having a safe place to call home isn’t a transaction. It’s a crisis.

That’s why a portion of every deal we fund goes to support the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) — a local organization dedicated to providing shelter, stability, education, and hope to homeless youth across Southern Nevada.
